G74 – Left-Hand Tapping Cycle

🔧 G74 என்றால் என்ன?

G74 என்பது CNC milling அல்லது turning-ல் left-hand thread உருவாக்கப் பயன்படும் tapping cycle ஆகும். இது G84-க்கு நேர்மாறானது.

📊 Parameter விளக்கம்:

X, Y – Hole இடம் (mill-ல்)
Z – Thread depth
R – Retract height
F – Feed rate (மூலமாக pitch)

X20 Y20 – Hole இடம்
Z-12 – Thread depth
R2 – Safe retract height
F1.25 – Thread pitch (feedrate)

    Left-hand thread-க்கு மட்டும் G74 பயன்படுத்தப்படும்
Threading tool spindle counter-clockwise (M04) இருத்தல் அவசியம்
