Threading Syntax
G33 Z-20.0 F1.5;
G32: Threading with specified feedrate
G33: Threading with feedrate specified
Z: Final position in Z
F: Thread pitch (in mm/rev)
Cycle Working
G32 and G33 are manual thread cutting cycles where each pass is manually controlled. It’s useful when multiple threads are not needed or custom thread profile is required. Multiple X passes are given manually.

Visual Representation
🔸 G32 is an older format, replaced by G76 in most applications
🔹 Good for custom profiles or special threading operations
🔸 Always use constant spindle speed (G97) for thread cutting
🔹 X values must be decreased manually for each pass
🔸 F represents thread pitch (not K)
🔹 G33 and G32 are functionally same on most machines
